Obtained from Primitivo grapes, Tramari is an elegant and light rosé wine.
It comes from the light and the winds of our summers, between the two seas of Salento.
Vine: Primitivo.
Zone: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. At about 100 meters above sea level.
Soil: medium clayey, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.
Cultivation: Espalier (4,500 vines per hectare).
Harvest: first week of September.
Vinification: partial racking of Primitivo grapes, after a few hours of maceration, followed by white fermentation.
Aging: in steel.
Organoleptic characteristics: pale pink color; intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean maquis, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh and elegant wine, balanced in the mouth.
Food pairings: Italian appetizers, fish soups and broths, baked or roasted fish, young or slightly aged cheeses.
Serve at: 14 ° C.
