Pomodorina tomato sauce is a product symbol of our company, born from the tradition of Emilia-Romagna. The recipe of this special seasoning has its origin in the family of Mrs. Maria Teresa Muratori Casali, wife of the owner. During the month of August, large quantities of tomato sauce were prepared in all the houses, to which fresh vegetables cut into pieces were added. This peasant custom is the basis of Pomodorina sauce, which our company began to market in the 1970s.
