chili pepper (32%), sunflower oil, cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) (13%), artichoke bottoms, dried tomatoes (4%), eggplants, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, aromatic herbs, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: E224 (sulfites).
