Obtained from Primitivo grapes, Tramari is an elegant and light ros\u00e9 wine.
\nIt comes from the light and the winds of our summers, between the two seas of Salento.<\/p>\n
Vine: Primitivo.<\/p>\n
Zone: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. At about 100 meters above sea level.<\/p>\n
Soil: medium clayey, shallow and with good presence of skeleton.<\/p>\n
Cultivation: Espalier (4,500 vines per hectare).<\/p>\n
Harvest: first week of September.<\/p>\n
Vinification: partial racking of Primitivo grapes, after a few hours of maceration, followed by white fermentation.<\/p>\n
Aging: in steel.<\/p>\n
Organoleptic characteristics: pale pink color; intense and persistent aroma of Mediterranean maquis, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Fresh and elegant wine, balanced in the mouth.<\/p>\n
Food pairings: Italian appetizers, fish soups and broths, baked or roasted fish, young or slightly aged cheeses.<\/p>\n
